We recently completed the main house component of the Oceana Project and our clients moved in before Christmas. This was a large custom new build on a sloping 1,000m2 block, it features suspended concrete slabs, a concrete pool and a fantastic view over the Manly marina.

We are continuing work at the property with the construction of a two-storey garage, consisting of a spiral staircase and a one bedroom loft.
