Our Camp Hill clients felt they had outgrown their 3-bedroom home but wanted to remain in their beloved location. The answer, an extension upwards to create 2 additional bedrooms, a modern bathroom and the perfect kids retreat! We also utilised the new space under the staircase and extended the kitchen to create a new walk-in pantry.

Whilst we were renovating this home, we also constructed a sprayed, reinforced concrete pool complete with Travertine coping and surround tiles and beautiful glass mosaic waterline tiles. Building a pool in an area which is prone to flooding does not come without its challenges, considered engineering and a raised pool ensured that the pool construction was a success, and the family can enjoy plenty of swimming for many summers to come.
