The first-floor extension of this large home created an entertainer’s dream with huge kitchen and butler’s pantry, large living and dining areas and custom outdoor kitchen/BBQ area running seamlessly from the kitchen inside.

One of the major highlights of this project was our ability to quickly think on our feet and offer out of the box solutions. Working closely with the Engineer enabled us to achieve alternative structural beam placement to conceal the many overhead beams within the ceiling space, creating a large open living area without obstruction
